This space is trying to give you and me somewhere to just think, read and add ideas.

Its a work in progress and will be used by me, the Stepping Up team and others from the Local Authority Community or the Business School.

So it will hold ideas on Rochdales innovation program (Stepping Up) from my perspective, and your comments or those of others. Any suggested changes or new ideas will be looked at and may grow this in directions that seem appropriate.

In addition it will host content from my voluntary role as Director of Castlemere Community Centre. That is to underline that all of us in the Local Authority World have a strong public service ethos, and that drives us to do MORE THAN THE DAY JOB.

And in time it may develop a life of its own, grow up and leave home as a fully rounded, grown up resource.

Time will tell........
